Our newsletter sign up form collects your email address, name and preferences, which are required to add you to our Mailchimp mailing list. We gather statistics around email opening and click rates to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. The newsletter employs a double opt-in, so you will receive an email to confirm you wish to subscribe to our newsletter after you have filled in the form. If you have signed up for a newsletter, your email address will be added to our mailing list controlled and managed through Mailchimp. Contact Form

We collect your name, email address and an optional message through our contact form, so that we can reply to your enquiry. Your submission is stored locally on our website, and a copy is emailed to a member of our team for response. Periodically the submissions will be deleted from the website.

How we we use your data

We do not share your personal data with any third parties unless there is a prior agreement with you to do so and we have obtained your consent.
For newsletter subscriptions, your email address will be added to our Mailchimp mailing list and will be used for this purpose only.
